All fees and payment schedules will be outlined in contracts. Payments are due according to agreed milestones. Late payments may result in interest charges, suspension of ongoing work, or withholding of final deliverables until full payment is received.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables remain the intellectual property of Nextweave Studio until the client has made full payment. Upon full payment, rights are transferred to the client as specified in the contract. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nextweave Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our liability in any case is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project or service.
Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be revised from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
